Washington, D.C. metropolitan area Immigration and Naturalization Lawyer

How Is My Law Firm Different? Fair Questions Deserve Straight Answers.

If you are seeking the legal right to live and work in the United States, you deserve honest, straightforward answers. I am U.S. immigration attorney Paul L. Good, of Herndon, Virginia, I'm interested in solving your immigration problem. If there is no legal basis for resolving your problem, I will certainly make that clear to you immediately.

Flexible, Responsive and Available. I Work Directly With Every Client.

In the first place, I am a solo attorney. I opened my firm eleven years ago. As a solo attorney, I have the flexibility to work directly with my clients. When you call with questions, I will respond as quickly as possible. When a twist or turn happens in your case — as it usually does — I can sit down and meet with you directly to get the answers and information I need to get things straightened out in a hurry. You will have my phone number to call me and I'll have yours. I believe it is what an attorney-client relationship is supposed to be like.

In the second place, my firm is different because I honestly like people from other countries and have spent my last 49 years dealing with people from all over the world. Immigration is a a two-way street. The government gives you the opportunity to live and work here legally, and in return, America is enriched by your presence. I want your visa application to be successful and will use my extensive experience to overcome every hurdle as efficiently as possible. That means knowing whom to talk to for the right answers. It also means knowing what doors remain open when others are closed.

If you have legal standing to obtain an employment or a family visa, I will do everything I can to move your application through the system smoothly. If you have no legal standing to be here, I will tell you immediately. You can trust in my experience and knowledge.

My office is located in Herndon, Virginia, and I maintain regular 9 a.m. — 5:30 p.m. office hours. By special arrangement, I also accept consultations on weekends and evenings. My fees are reasonable and I make sure you understand exactly what you are being billed for before services begin.
