Attorney Paul L. Good competently handles the following immigration issues: Family immigration petitions (including Fiance(e), Spouse, Children), Employer-based immigration petitions (including Extraordinary and Exception Ability NIWs) together with the follow-on "green card" applications; Non-immigrant visas for professional workers, skilled workers, and students (including L-1, H-1B, E-3, J-1, B-1/2, F-1, M-1, O, P, R); Special Circumstances (including asylum, deportation and removal proceedings, battered spouse, international adoption); and Citizenship Applications.
Mr. Good's office is located in Herndon, VA and provides legal representation to clients in the D.C. metropolitan area, including Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Loudon, Fauquier, Prince William counties, and Alexandria, Chantilly, Falls Church, Manassas, McLean, Reston), the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia (Charles Town, Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry) and the southern counties of Maryland.
Mr. Good has academic degrees B.A., M.A. J.D., as well as numerous certificates from the U.S. Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Center. Before opening his firm, Mr. Good was a diplomat in U.S. Embassies in Thailand, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Nigeria, Suriname, Australia, Yugoslavia, South Africa, Morocco and Senegal. He also traveled extensively for the U.S. Embassies in the Middle East, South Asia, North Africa, and Sub-Sahara Africa.
